REHABBING AN REO PROPERTY

contractors for the following clients; Ocwen Federal Bank, Countrywide Home Loan, Bank One,
Provident Bank, Household Finance and Fairbanks Capital. Area Wide Realty made recommendations
in 2002 that netted close to an additional $1,500,000 for these companies. Our goal is to sell
a property at its top dollar value.
