Contract Negotiations

All written contracts are immediately brought to the attention of the asset manager. Area Wide Realty's strict criteria for offers must be met before they are submitted to the seller for final approval. All proof of funds are thoroughly investigated, whether the contract is a cash or financed offer. In 2002 less than 1% of all Area Wide Realty's transactions did not close and only 2% did not close on time due to the fault of the buyer.
