Closing

Area Wide Realty assists in obtaining expeditious municipal property inspections, final water readings and transfer stamps. All such documents are then delivered to the closing agent. We also keep in contact with the asset manager and attorney to insure a smooth closing. Additional information or documentation are timely delivered to the closing agent or attorney upon request. We also guide and provide the buyer with whatever information or documentation that is needed for closing. Municipal liens and fines have been reduced through the efforts of Area Wide Realty. We take control of our closings.
